Welcome to Ms.Makar’sTutoring! I am Magdoline Makar, a passionate educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biology and a Master’s in Education. As a NYC-licensed teacher in Science and Special Education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every tutoring session. I aim to help students reach their fullest potential through personalized, engaging lessons tailored to their unique learning styles. Together, we’ll master subject content, develop essential academic skills, and boldly pursue their educational and career endeavors!
With a compassionate and creative personality, I create a safe and comfortable environment where students feel at ease and excited to learn. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me hiking scenic trails, traveling to new countries, or even skydiving out of a plane! The courage I embrace in facing challenges is the same energy I bring to my students—encouraging them to overcome their academic fears and reach their full potential.
